Last year our Pepperdine trip got off to a rough start-- we were bumped off our Delta flight and given a very scary taxi ride through a driving rain storm by a taxi driver who talked on her cell the entire trip... and who got lost on the way to the Norfolk airport. Once we got there, our new flight left late and got to LA even later... only to have Delta lose our luggage in the process. This year we are beginning (with Air Tran this time) canceling our original flight. Hopefully it will get better from here.
